We are a block to the 7-mile Sea Ranch Bluff trail that spans along the entire Sea Ranch coast and a 5 minute drive to the town of Gualala (stores and restaurants) as well as Gualala State Beach, Del Mar Rec Center, and Sea Ranch Golf Course (currently closed).

It's closest to the town of Gualala with it's shops, markets and eating/drinking establishments. This Property can be booked online up to 6 months in advance and the calendar is always up to date! Limited to 4 guests, no pets will be considered. An adult over 21 must be present at all times. Not recommended for small children.

Two story condo with amazing ocean views from all levels! EV charging station just installed. Everything is new. Main living area is on the lower level and a massive bedroom takes up the entire 2nd floor. Both the bedroom and living room have huge windows looking out towards the ocean. Located in the town of Gualala and walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. Very fast wifi. For multiple families the unit right next door is on Airbnb as well.
