This downstairs condo unit is 4 miles from Rockport Beach Park, less than a mile from Fulton Fishing Pier which is surrounded by a number of restaurants and bars to enjoy. Pets allowed please add them to the guest list. No supplies provided for pets: please bring all your own necessities.

We Dig It - Magnolia Beachfront Cottage

Bring the family or a group of fishing buddies to this great place with lots of room for fun and lots of amenities. This home has its own private beach (this is a shell beach, not like a gulf beach), immediately adjacent to Magnolia Beach Park. Only 200 yards from the boat ramp, this cozy cottage has amazing views of Matagorda Bay with a patio to enjoy the sunrise. Five miles down Magnolia Beach is Indianola Fishing Marina, which has a bar and restaurant with great food, and a fishing dock.

There is a private entrance/exit through the sliding door to the patio area that overlooks the bay! The second bedroom has 2 twin beds & a flat screen TV & lots of closet space & view of the bay. The living room has pull out queen couch, flat screen TV, and walk out to the patio through the sliding doors.
