Please find your favorite room among the five different interior designed BIOs and make it your base for your nice trip.

Cozy studio in a guesthouse between Osaka and Kyoto with air conditioning, private bathroom, and a mini refrigerator in Hirakata. There is enough room for luggage, along with free fast WiFi throughout the property. Every room is equipped with a balcony. Also, it is a space for those who appreciates art, interior design and architectures. To make sure all my guests' safety and health, I will do my best to provide you with a clean and safe residential environment.

You can feel free to use, such as 12 people a large digging your stand is there an event-party sit at the same time. System kitchen, refrigerator, microwave oven,cookware, has to offer, such as tableware. Since there is a loft it is possible acceptance of the organization. Bedding will be available in the Japanese style. It is an old town house, but is already all the water around the renovation.

The room is a Ｇuest Ｈouse opened(started) in March, 2017 which refurbished apartment. It is a private room. Ideal for family members and friends. Of course available also welcome in one person! It is a 2-minute walk from the nearest station (JR Fukushima Station, JR Shin-fukushima Station, Hanshin Train Fukushima Station) to your room, and you can go to Osaka station at 1 stop(station). You can also go to USJ at 3 stops so it is very accessible! We have a security camera installed.

Check-in time is from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Due to other work commitments, I can't accept check-ins after 5pm, but I will do my best to accommodate check-ins before 2pm. Check-in is not possible on Sunday.(Staying and check-out possible) This is a guest house that is a 100-year-old Japanese traditional house that I renovated myself. The old house is 300㎡ and the field is 300㎡. Recommended for couples, solo travelers, and families.
