The Studio

The Studio is a very private guest house created from a former art studio, elegantly furnished with a country flair. Located in a farm area, this is a perfect getaway location - convenient to lavender farms, beaches, and mountains, yet less than 10 minutes from downtown Sequim. The property features a private gated entrance, mountain view, fenced and landscaped yard, and ample parking. A bank of Cypress trees provides afternoon shade, and there is a fireplace to cozy up to on chilly evenings.

Just blocks from the Olympic DiscoveryTrail. You'll be able to enjoy both the sunrise and sunset! Queen size memory foam mattress in the bedroom. The Crate & Barrel sleeper sofa is a queen memory foam mattress. We have an HVAC ductless unit for comfortable temperature control all year round. Electric fireplace for ambiance.

This one-bedroom, one-bath apartment has a private entrance, private driveway, and private patio with BBQ. It also has a full kitchen, full-sized washer and dryer, and a living room that includes an air mattress sofa/sleeper. It sits on a five-acre lot with private access to the Olympic Discovery Trail for your biking and hiking pleasure. You can use us as a base to explore the Olympic Peninsula and Olympic National Park. The Dungeness River Nature Center is within easy walking distance.
