Kuća je opremljena prema najvišim standardima i zadovoljava sve zahteve luksuzne planinske vile. Jezero Perućac je udaljeno 16 km, a Kaluđerske Bare 20 km. Do kuće se dolazi asfaltnim putem. U cenu ulazi korišćenje saune. Na 100m od kuće se nalaze restoran i mini market. Nije dozvoljen boravak sa kućnim ljubimcima.
