Located in a main street close to supermarket and fast foods, near a traffic light. close to the beach(10 min. drive), Ferries (20min drive) Las croabas(10 min drive), Mall (5min. drive), Restaurants,ect. Gated private parking ,washer and dryer,wifi,microwave,cofee maker,ect. You can also watch movies in proyector screen outside,use the hammock, grill and beach equipment. Solar panels and batteries..

Romantic Beachfront Getaway Penthouse

Three-bedroom penthouse with an ocean view private terrace. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry facility. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. The beach is within walking distance, two minutes from the apartment. The hot tub in the roof tub is not included as part of the booking. If operational, you can use it without additional cost or charge, however, the guests have no right to claim or request money if it is out of service during your stay.
