Located on a quiet rural road just 7 miles north of Stephenville, this newly remodeled home is on a pond and has wooded acreage. The wide pond-side porch is scenic & great for both morning & evening use. The property is one mile from the Tarleton State University Rodeo Facility and close to Melody Mountain Ranch. The two first floor bedrooms each have a king sized bed. There is a queen bed in the bedroom upstairs and a trundle bed in the loft. The ground floor is all handicapped-accessible.

This barn is the perfect place for a family get together. It has a full kitchen and multiple outdoor cooking options including two grills (one at pool), outdoor griddle or a large smoker.
