Die Wohnung liegt in der 2-ten Etage, hat einen Balkon und ist mittels Lift erreichbar. Genießen Sie den Kurpark, der Therme, oder besuchen Sie das Theater. Die Stadt Bad Hall bietet viele Optionen. Ideal wenn Ihr Partner einen Kuraufenthalt hat, eine Hochzeit besuchen (Standesamtnähe), usw... Fahrräder können Sie im barrierefrei zugänglichen Kellerabteil abstellen.

Die Wohnung, welche Ihnen allein zur Verfügung steht, umfasst einen Koch-Essbereich, Schlafzimmer, Bad mit separatem WC, sowie ein großzügiges Studio. Sie ist zentral gelegen und in wenigen Minuten sind verschiedene Geschäfte, eine Apotheke und Bank, als auch der Bahnhof erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vor dem Haus vorhanden .

Komplett neu renovierte, 650 Jahre alte Altstadtwohnung, nur 5 Gehminuten von der Innenstadt entfernt in absoluter Ruhelage im wunderschönen Wehrgraben direkt neben dem Steyrfluss. Besonderheiten sind antike Möbel, Marmorbad mit Fußbodenheizung, originale Holzdielenböden kombiniert mit modernsten Annehmlichkeiten unauffällig in das charmante Ambiente eingebettet. Kostenlose Nutzung von TV, WLAN, Playstation. Aufgrund des Altbaus ist es angenehm kühl, auch in den heißen Sommertagen.

Unsere Unterkunft befindet sich mitten im Zentrum von Steyr nur ca. 2 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es mehrere Supermärkte und der Stadtkern mit der wunderschönen Altstadt ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Dort findet man mehrere tolle Restaurants, Cafés und Eisläden... Die Wohnung hat 2 getrennt begehbare Schlafzimmer und befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines Mehrparteienhauses. Zusätzlich ist ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Pelletsofen vorhanden.

Waidhofen captivates with a charming old town and beautiful surroundings in the foothills of the Alps, perfect for hiking, biking (Ybbstal bike path) and unwinding. Enjoy the cozy apartment in the listed house in the city center - view of the Ybbs river included. In summer you can cool off in the bathing area in front of the house.
