Welcome to The Chic Suite, a thoughtfully designed luxury guest suite in northwest Sioux Falls, offering hotel-level comfort with true privacy. Located near the Sanford Sports Complex, Walmart, and a variety of local eateries, this upscale retreat is perfect for couples, solo travelers, and business guests seeking relaxation and convenience. Although located on our property, the suite is completely private—with its own entrance, private yard & hot tub, and no shared walls connected to our home.

This house has tons of personality - it's Picasso-meets-Joanna Gaines-type of canvas for your fabulous life. Stylish couch in front of picture window next to fireplace is so comfortable and peaceful. Beautiful lot feels like you've stepped into a national park, with cottonwood trees, birds, butterflies, and flowers that brighten up the yard. Close to medical centers.
