The apartment is attached to the main house w/ a private entrance. Beach, seasonal dock, canoe, 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, paddle boat, gas grill & fire pit with wood (May - Oct). Fishing, swimming, snow skiing, wine tasting, fine dining, beautiful sunsets await your arrival! 15 min to Skaneateles, 10 min to Song Mountain Skiing.

This house is about 2 miles from the village, lake, restaurants, bars and most wedding venues. Enjoy the beauty of Skaneateles and then return to your own oasis on nearly an acre of manicured landscape with a wonderful deck overlooking a pond. In the wintertime enjoy the wood stove (wood is provided but if you need more the Byrne Dairy has some) and games.

Quaint & cozy private lakefront cottage on East side of Skaneateles Lake. Gorgeous views! Magnificent sunsets!! key location! Short Boat ride or drive to village (2.9 mi) and all attractions. Cottage is on a 1 acre 185ft lake property shared with the owner. Dock for lake access. 2 kayaks and life jackets available to enjoy the lake. Water shoes a must as lake bottom is rocky. No children. No pets. There are 2 Friendly and Fluffy Australian Shepherds on the property.

The newly renovated home boasts incredible views with multiple decks and spaces to enjoy Skaneateles lake! The home is tucked next to a waterfall and you can relax and listen to the trickling water and gentle waves as you sip your coffee in the morning. Relax at this peaceful place to stay right in Skaneateles! This cheerful, private, newly updated 2-bedroom residential home is close to town in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy fun summer dinners on the large patio with gas grill. Walk or bike the short mile into town to enjoy Skaneateles Lake and all that our beautiful village has to offer! Shopping, dining, boating, hiking, wineries and breweries are all close by, ready to enjoy, no matter the season!

Skaneateles Carriage House Easy Walk to Village

Enjoy a spacious stay just walking distance to the village and lake! Upstairs unit sleeps 6 (2 bedrooms/1 bath/pull out couch). If you’d like to add-on the bottom unit (not rented to other groups simultaneously) please let me know… it sleeps an additional 2 guests with private entrance, bath, kitchen, desk & queen bed. We live on the same property and are right on site for any questions or issues. Looking forward to hosting you!

Spend a relaxing visit lakeside in our rustic little cottage on beautiful Song Lake. Our quaint little two bedroom cabin comes with all the comforts of home. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, fishing, or just relaxing lakeside. Also great for skiing in the winter, with Song Mountain less than a mile away, and 2 other ski resorts nearby. Just off interstate 81 and a short drive to Syracuse, the Finger Lakes or Ithaca.
