The Bunkhouse at Patterson Ranch

Stay in our charming 2-bedroom Bunkhouse on a 20-acre working ranch nestled in the Sierra Nevada foothills! Features include a cozy living room with sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, Apple TV, desk area, kitchenette (mini fridge, coffee maker, conv. oven, single burner), central AC/heat, and a bathroom with shower. Expect ranch vibes, worker comings and goings, and summer/fall dust! PET FEE is refundable if no trace is left—partial refunds for excess fur or prints, none for stains or damage. Relax & enjoy!

Our home has more amenities than any other in the area. It's a 5 bedroom, 4 bath, (3 are suites with private bathrooms) with 8 total beds. We have a game room & amazing outdoor area with a putting green and a private fenced pool and huge yard on the River Island golf course. Springville is 3 hours North of LA, 3.5 hours south of San Jose in the foothills of the Sierra mountains. We are 90 minutes South of Sequoia National Park and 45 minutes from Balch Park, home of the largest trees on earth.

Great halfway stopping point between Death Valley and Yosemite. Perfect for traveling nurses, hospital is less than two miles away. Nature trails right out the back door. Quiet and secluded with beautiful views of Lake Isabella. Minutes away from mountains, lake, and river.
