Our little cottage is centrally-located. It is nussled back in a quiet location but close enough to the heart of Boise. Although you are secluded to your own private space there are others staying on the other side of the home so you may hear noises. Enjoy the convinence of your private patio and entrance way, public park nearby, close parking spot and a low cost uber ride to the airport. Whether you are passing by or planning to stay this is a convinent place to rest if you want to enjoy Boise.

Cozy Private Guest Suite

This cozy guest suite (200 sq. ft.) attached to our house with separate entrance. Complete privacy during your stay. The suite includes a full bathroom, kitchenette with eating area, and queen bed. We don’t accept booking with U-Haul trucks. You will have a designated parking spot in the driveway that will fit regular size car. In the Sunset area of Boise's north end. Beautiful old homes, tree lined streets and close to downtown, the greenbelt and the foothills. This is a 2nd floor studio apartment with a private entrance. Provided is a full bathroom with shower, refrigerator, oven, sink, and all the stuff you need to cook with. Access for you and your pets to a private fenced garden. Don't be surprised though if you have 3 furry creatures on the other side of the fence begging for some attention.

Studio Apartment attached to the little main house with 270 acres of public land as the backyard. Off leash hiking with developed trails and amazing views of Boise and the mountains. Eclectic decor that makes you feel right at home with an outside private sitting area. Uber or Lyft will only cost you a few dollars to safely get downtown for the breweries and amazing restaurants. April and Gary live in the main house and help host the airbnb.

Sleepy Bear Lodge

Our property is located outside of the town of Caldwell in a county setting. Our neighbors on both sides have farm animals making for a unique experience. We are minutes from multiple golf courses. Shopping is 10-15 minutes away. Boise Airport is about a 30 minute drive. And the Oregon border is a stone’s throw from here. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.

COZY cottage close to FORD center CWI ST LUKES

Beautifully renovated Nampa Gem! Light, bright and modern on the outskirts of town but still close to everything. Nicely located 9 minutes from St. Luke’s Nampa, 7minutes from St. Alphonsus Nampa, 5 mins from the Ford Center, 4 mins to CWI and 22 mins to the Boise Airport. Plus it’s super close to so many yummy restaurants and lots of fun shopping.
