The Spruce Nest

Stay in a historic home in Old Town Steamboat Springs built 1907. We have added an entry, dining room, master bedroom and bath and powder bath. However, we have kept the original two-story home in tact, similar to the early 1900's. We even used original wood from the walls to accent the exterior. In the process of remodeling, we have found many historic items of earlier days - an old shoe & many small items that are on display. Within walking distance of downtown. (Please read Show More)

Furnished in a modern and stylish manner it has all of the upscale amenities you'd need - as well as a private entrance. Free Bus + parking. Steamboat Resort is very close... and we allow 1 x dog.

During your stay you will have access to the clubhouse, hot tub, close proximity to the base and more!

Newly constructed, fully furnished and well-appointed 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment in the heart of Old Town! Large living room with a nice sleeper sofa, desk, and quartz counters in the stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, large and beautifully tiled bath, and ONE parking spot. Furnished and ready for you. WiFi, and cable TV. One dog and/or cat is fine- $80 extra. No smoking. 3 block walk to downtown main street. Minimum booking 30 days. Generally rental dates start on the first of the month.

It is walking and biking distance to Lincoln Ave, where you can enjoy all the great shopping and restaurants that Steamboat has to offer. You are a short bike to the Emerald MT trails, which are amazing for MTB.

Werner for our townhome guests.
