Hummingbird

Hummingbird sits about 50 feet from our house and about 150 feet from the shore of Joy Bay. Looking out the windows, you only see woods and water. There are no neighbors in sight. We have a dog who sees it as her duty to give everyone an enthusiastic greeting. The building is 12x16 and has a small bathroom and kitchenette. For cooking, there is an induction cooktop, a toaster oven, and pots and pans. The patio is 10’ by 16’ and has a table with 2 chairs, a gas grill, and an outdoor cooktop.

This beautiful property is on Pinkham Bay on the coast of Maine and sleeps 4 inside the Cabin with 1 BR, a loft and pullout queen sofa. There is an additional enclosed relaxing area overlooking the fireplace and bay to sit back and take in the incredible scenery . Located on 2.5 acres of ocean frontage with easy access to the waters edge to launch the kayaks. Cabin includes all the amenities including open floor plan and Rinnai propane heater and heat pump. Tunk Stream Lodging

Cozy apartment with private entrance. Enter the mud room into the living room with TV and kitchenette. The bedroom has a king size bed with dresser, closet, TV and vanity. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Very comfortable, cozy space. It is part of our home but very private. We're located on Tunk Stream, 1 mile from the Down East Sunrise Trail. Take a dip in our stream, hike around our area (blueberry barrens) or bring your 4 wheeler and take a run on the trail.
