Stedet ligger sentralt til på Storhaug med 10 minutters gangavstand til Stavanger Sentrum - hvor du finner buss eller togforbindelser til de fleste stedene i regionen. Denne velholdte leiligheten fra 1905 som strekker seg over to etasjer har beholdt mye av den originale sjarmen som heltrevegger, dører, rosetter og lister etc. Leiligheten inneholder spisestue, TV-stue, kjøkken, bad, 2 soverom og en loftstue med seng. Here you can walk to the city centre in 5 minutes. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedrom, bathroom and has a sofabed in the living room with room for 2 people. The condo has a stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, bed linens, towels, dryer, 50 inch TV with chromecast, and free wifi

Sentrumsnær leilighet

Med under 3 minutters gangavstand til badeplass, butikk og kollektivtransport, og 10min gangavstand til sentrum har man alt man trenger rett rundt hjørnet. Inkludert kort avstand til fjorden, og badstue gjennom Damp AS. Leiligheten har kjøkken med bl. a. oppvaskmaskin, brødrister, vannkoker og airfryer, bad med vaskemaskin, soverom med hems og 2 dobbeltsenger, og stue med tv, chromecast og sofaplass til 4 personer. Hund kan tillates etter avtale. Leiligheten er ommøblert etter fotografering.

Liten kjellerhybel for 1 evt. 2 personer.

Stedet mitt er nærme sentrum, offentlig transport, parker og utelivet. Stedet passer godt for en person men kan huse 2 personer. Det koster 200kr ekstra pr.natt dersom dere er to. Seng(90 cm+madrass på gulvet). Det er mulighet for å lage enkel mat. Kokeplate, mikrobølgeovn++ NB! Kjøkkenkrok og bad/toalett er på samme rom. Et oppholdsrom med seng på 90 cm. Dersom 2 gester, ekstra madrass . Hybelen er i kjeller. Takhøyde ca.197cm. Sengklær og håndklær er inkludert. Gratis parkering i gata.

cozy apartment in the heart of Stavanger

Open, bright and cosy apartment right next to Stavangers restaurant-street in a quiet neighbourhood. The apartment has a combined living room with a large sofa and TV, a dining area, a seperate bedroom with a double bed and a well-equipped kitchen containing an oven, microwave, frdige/ freezer and various cooking utensils. There is floor heating in the kitchen and a fireplace in the living room, as well as a small balcony. The apartment is in the first floor (2nd floor in Norwegian terms).

Peaceful area. 3 min. walk to the beginning of Stavanger city center. 7 min. walk to Stavanger Bus station. The house is our home and is rented out when we are away. NOTE that the bed in master bedroom is built-in and custom-made. It measures 140x180cm. May be a problem for those over 180. Both beds have soft mattress toppers, not medium or hard. Due to a very unfortunate incident with a guest without references, I no longer feel comfortable renting to profiles without solid references.

Super Central, Quiet and Cozy Travelers Loft

Perfect for a short and central stay in Stavanger, located just 3-4 minutes walk from the Central Station. Although being super central, it is also in a safe and quiet street which gives the best of both worlds. The place has a folder with info about things to see and do, some simple cooking gear, a small bathroom with toilet and a sink, but the only downside is that it has no shower. Just make sure you understand that before booking, and I'm sure you'd love the rest😊
