We are a 6 minute drive to the local beaches on okanagan lake. Summerland is a relaxing, hidden gem that has everything you need for the perfect getaway.

This guest house features: a Queen Bed with duvet, flat screen TV, great free WIFI, Washer/Dryer in unit, walk in shower, 12x10 patio for your use with mountain views, AC, outdoor electric grill, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig Coffee maker, and other small appliances. Welcome to “The Sparrows Nest” your vacation home away from home. Our home is located in Trout Creek, a 5 minute drive from the center of Summerland, 15 minutes to Penticton. The unit sleeps up to 5 people. We want to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible but we ask for quiet time after 11 PM. This 2 level studio has a spacious living area with sofa plus sofa-bed, kitchenette, 1 bathroom and 2 raised lofts with queen size beds.
