In summer, Greer is an escape from high temperatures. Wildflowers sprout in alpine meadows alive with native wildlife including antelope, deer, and elk. Autumn means burnished leaves and crisp temperatures. Snow transforms the town to a Winter wonderland in the Winter. Recreational opportunities abound in every season. The clear waters of the Little Colorado River run right through town and three lakes offer sport fishing for trout. There’s also hiking, hunting, horseback riding, and skiing.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and beautifully treed lot on a quiet cul-de-sac street at the back of Blue Ridge Loop. This vintage mobile home features new kitchen appliances, and a pleasant 16x12 screened-in deck that creates the perfect outdoor living room. In the warmer months, launch a kayak right off the backyard into the channel and paddle around the beautiful lake! Afterward, wind down for happy hour and enjoy the gorgeous outdoors around a campfire on the shore, or enjoy the large wrap around patio with a gas firepit and ample seating.

Little Colorado Cabin #3

This cabin is best for a couple or 2 adults and 2 small children. It is 375 sq ft cabin. You’ll love my place because of the full kitchen, the coziness, and the views. Great for solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). We only accept mature, well behaved dogs. That includes no cats. The max number of dogs is two (2). There is a fee associated with bringing your dog. Please read our house rules before booking.
