Enjoy Sunriver’s most popular amenities located a short walk to The Village and SHARC including a tubing hill, pool’s and hot tub. This recently renovated, rustic modern condo is in the heart of Sunriver Village. It’s truly a retreat being an end unit, offering great views and ample privacy. Leave everything at home, this condo comes equipped with all things needed to enjoy your stay! There are 2 sleds and bikes of various sizes to go cruise the miles of paved bike paths, right outside the door.

Cozy, updated condo located steps from the Sunriver Village. Walk out the front door and you'll find fresh coffee, pastries, beer, groceries, ice skating or mini golf (depending on the season), and everything else the village has to offer! The walking/bike trail is behind the home, which leads you all around Sunriver, including to lodge, Nature Center, Fort Rock Park, Stables, Marina, or SHARC (a pool/hot tub), which is also only a 2 minute drive. As of June 2025 we also have new AC and heat!

Its small in the rooms but the common areas are large. The trail in the back gives a feel you are in the center of all the action! It has everything you need in Sunriver.

Enjoy our Euro inspired 3 bdrm/2.5 bath home with bonus room. Ideal S. Sunriver location on a quiet cul-de-sac close to the Lodge, Village and River. We offer a completely remodeled home with a new kitchen, flooring, and bathrooms and a well-stocked kitchen, A/C throughout, SHARC passes, hot tub, bicycles, and an EV charger port. Our bonus room over detached garage has a TV, yoga space, 1/2 bath and A/C. ONE dog welcome and must be added at time of reservation. Must be 25 yrs. old to book.

This is a no pet 4 bedroom home in a quiet, idyllic location close to the north entrance into Sunriver, where you can enjoy a private hot tub and use the 10 SHARC passes! It features 4 bedrooms (- 2 of which are master suites) 3.5 bathrooms, 2 upper decks on which you can enjoy those amazing central Oregon summer days. The house features an open floor plan with a gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and a well stocked kitchen with brand new appliances. Air conditioning is now installed as well.

It includes a full kitchen and bathroom with a shower. There is also a balcony with seating and an electric grill. The property includes a seasonal outdoor pool and a hot tub that is open year round and laundry facility on property. There are paved walking/biking trails nearby and a short walk to bars, restaurants and convenience stores.
