It is on the 3th floor of the residential building without elevator. There is parking 1 minute away at the owner property or right in front of the apartment building. Bright and spacious condo located behind the main bus station in centar of Budva. The condo is a part of a new residental building, it is stylish and modern desin. 10 minutes walk to the sea coast, and 10 minutes walk to the Old Town. There are a lot of mini markets and supermarkets near by. You have a lot of restoraunts, fast food places, everything you need for a good stay is in the area of the condo. Internet is very good, 300/30 mbps perfect for digital nomads and video calls.

This is a ground floor apartment of 34 square. It is very sunny, full of light and very warm during the winter. It has one balcony looking towards the mountains. On the opposite there is a big door facing on courtyard. It is equipped with a lot of love and desire to make everyone feel comfortable in it. As I graduated in painting I tried to apply my affinity for visual art in arranging this space.
