The second floor living quarters, fully furnished with a gourmet kitchen, super living room, study, large master bedroom and bath complete with antique claw-foot bathtub, sliding warehouse doors and much more can be yours for a surprisingly low price. Complete with original pine flooring and furnished with a combination of old and new touches. Walking distance to historic Old Towne Petersburg and ten minutes to Fort Lee.

Note: Dates taken? I have one other boat online-- The Cookie B with beautiful river views. We offer no contact boarding if desired and we understand the need for a clean place to stay. Therefore we go beyond the recommended guidelines concerning sanitation by fogging the entire boat after each guests departure. And for dining, you can cook aboard or enjoy the Lily Pad Cafe, an outdoor covered and heated restaurant on the river, and it is only two miles from the marina.

"Lofty Cottage" Adorable 1-Bedroom Guest House

Enjoy this quaint Cozy Cottage with bedroom loft! This adorable 1-bedroom unique place has a style all its own. Built in the 1960’s behind the main house, it has floor to ceiling pine paneling, pine floors and fireplace. It has been recently remodeled with new tiled bathroom , newly remodeled kitchen and stainless steel appliances. A new Heating and Air unit was installed summer 2021. The pine paneling and 16 foot high ceilings gives it that "cottagey" feel.

Guests stay in the private English basement apartment with a dedicated exterior entrance and reserved off-street parking, just steps from Old Towne restaurants, coffee shops, bars, shopping, and the Appomattox River Trail.

Cozy Sweet Home!

Enjoy having the whole house to yourself! Make a meal in the kitchen, watch TV while stretched out on the couch, and snuggle up in one of the queen size beds. We have 3 bedrooms each with a Queen Bed, and a Queen Pull out Coach Bed. Every Bedroom also has a TV!! We also have an additional Two(2) Air Mattress. Total we can sleep 10-12. We have USB charging cables in every room. Our goal is to create a comfortable stay that is relaxing and convenient for all.
