There are two bedrooms for up to 4 guests. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a shower/tub combo and essential toiletries. The apartment's downtown location puts you steps away from restaurants, bars, and shops. Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, this apartment offers comfort in the heart of the downtown.

You will be staying in a relaxing, freshly renovated basement apartment with air fryer, hotplate, microwave, toaster, coffee maker & private entrance. Our space is family and business friendly conveniently located just 5 miles from Interstate 71, 10 miles to Mid Ohio Race Track, Snow Trails, Malabar farm, & MANSFIELD Reformatory. Onsite parking and motorcycle friendly with covered parking for motorcycles only. Our home sleeps up to 3 guests with a queen bed and futon. Hot tub available!

Relax in this one bedroom apartment , outside the city limits. On site parking and privacy. Apartment has own entrance and patio doors, and is built into the main home. One bedroom with queen adjustable bed, Living Room with TV (can use Roku stream or sign into your own streaming service), one full bathroom with shower/tub, full kitchen with all utensils, cooking ware, dual coffee maker ( coffee provided) , toaster, etc. Note: Owners live in upstairs in main home & have inside pets.

There are plenty of places nearby to explore, or just sit and relax while looking out the back window to see if any deer are visiting the backyard. Within walking distance is Hedges-Boyer Park where you’ll find walking trails and a creek. Only a 5 minute drive to both Tiffin and Heidelberg Universities. Downtown Tiffin is at the end of the street where you will find many local shops and eateries.

Rusty's Loft

Rusty's Loft is a second story chalet style one room apartment. With 360 degree views of farm fields, woods and a pond. There is a large wrap around deck with comfortable furniture. The 900 sf space includes a full bath and full kitchen with all appliances and accessories. The full bath is fully furnished with lots of towels and bathroom necessities. There’s a campsite behind the loft with a double swing and rocking chairs as well as a fire pit and included firewood.

We look forward to welcoming you to the secluded beauty of our space, designed and built by Kenny on our 20 acres of wooded property in the rolling hills of Central Ohio. A floor-to-ceiling glass front provides you with a view of fields green in summertime and ripe with goldenrod in the fall, four outdoor deck spaces invite you to relax in the beauty of nature, and a second story loft suite with a soaking tub are ready to provide you with rest and refreshment.

The Barn at Bloom & Bower

Stay at the 3000 sq ft modern barn bed & breakfast with formal gardens and a swimming pond. You'll have total, private access to the barn. Cook in the equipped kitchen or out on the bbq. Have a picnic at the gazebo or go for a walk in the garden. Play lawn games, make s'mores around the firepit or stay in and watch a movie. Right in the middle of and less then 30 minutes away from Perrysburg, Findlay, Fremont and Tiffin.

Downtown Studio

Enjoy a night on the front porch or take an easy walk from Findlay's best downtown bars, restaurants and shopping! This 1 bed, 1 bath apartment is a part of a triplex. The HVAC system has a charcoal filter with UV light purification to help deactivate airborne pathogens and microorganisms. Management is just next door or a call away if you need anything else!
