Betty’s Bungalow is a newly constructed (built in 2021) guest house located behind our home. It has its own private entrance which is accessed through the main gate to our back yard and is completely separate from our house. At 370 square feet, it's comparable in size to a 1BR hotel suite. With vaulted ceilings, the space feels large and more open than a standard hotel suite. Easy access to Highway 50 and walking distance to East Sacramento's shops and restaurants.

McKinley Spacious Midtown Apartment

Experience life in beautiful historic Midtown by staying in this comfortable, newly renovated apartment. Part of a historic 1911 bungalow, it is located on a charming Midtown street with majestic trees. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, McKinley Park, museums, nightlife, Downtown. This fully furnished, custom-crafted studio has a unique and eclectic style. Re-purposed pallets are used throughout the studio, from accent walls to homemade art work. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster and hotplate, and general kitchen supplies. Air conditioning is cold, heater is hot!
