This lovely older home is only 12 - 15mins drive to Wellington CBD, and located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Pop down to the local coffee shop, spend time exploring native bush-walks and mountain bike tracks, unwind in our outdoor bath or just spend time in the house and garden enjoying our lovely semi private outlook. Located in a quiet, leafy suburb with shops nearby this apartment is in a sturdy house built in 1965 with a picnic lawn and view to Rangituhi. It’s a: 15 min walk to the railway station. Kapiti Line 10 min drive to Te Rauparaha Arena, Whitireia Polytechnic and the Police College. 20 - 30 min drive to Wellington. The space can be comfortable with one bed, or a family space with an extra one or two beds. There is a step onto the area and a lip (small wooden barrier) into the shower.

The bathroom is OUTSIDE across the courtyard. The stairs to the bedroom are narrow and STEEP. 3rd guest can stay on the cosy day bed/couch
