Parks Bunkhouse

Welcome to The Parks at Broken Top! Paved walking and biking paths run all through the neighborhood, and easily connect to the larger trail systems within Bend. It's only 2 miles to downtown Bend, 1.5 miles to the Old Mill District, and an easy connection to Century Drive which will take you the 17 miles up to Mt Bachelor (usually about a 25 min drive in winter). The private studio/1 bath unit is attached to the main house, but accessed through a shared garage to a private staircase.

From the moment you enter the neighborhood, you will enjoy a very private road that is peaceful and tranquil. The neighborhood is full of beautiful trees, birds, and an abundance of deer that roam the area frequently laying in and enjoying the large front yard. You're invited to stay at Kart Haus, located in the River Camp development on Bend's west side. Located in the middle of an outdoor recreational heaven: Kart Haus is 20 minutes from Mt. Bachelor's slopes and surrounding trails and just steps to the Deschutes River Trail, an oasis for walking, running and biking. Year-round, you're a short drive from downtown, the Old Mill District, tasty eateries, cafes and brewpubs.

Our Bungalow has easy access to Mt. Bachelor, Bend's famous mountain bike trails, one mile from OSU Cascades, very near Old Mill shopping and dining, and easy access to downtown Bend, also. You’ll love our place because of the coziness, the comfy bed, and private access to your space. The Bungalow is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Our neighborhood pool is open May through August.

Newly built in 2019. Enjoy easy access to everything by bike, car, or foot with this wonderful location close to shops, restaurants, and pubs on Century Drive and a short drive to Mt. Bachelor and the Cascade Lakes. The Deschutes River Trail is a 5 minute walk and the bike trail is a 1 minute walk. This connects to the Haul Trail & Phil's trail. Enjoy the hot tub after a day on the trails or ski slopes.
