Welcome! This is a private guesthouse located in a quiet neighborhood. Accommodations are with a private entrance and parking space to make you feel at home. We are located near a major expressway. We have a pool; The POOL is a SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. It is shared with Owner. Enjoy a smoke free cottage. Ashtrays are provided outside for those guest that do smoke. We provide a queen size bed and a couch/bed. This space is perfect and comfortable for two guest.Please NO children and NO animals.

This cozy studio is nestled in the heart of Miami, directly next to the Palmetto Expressway and Tropical Park in the highly sought after neighborhood of Glenvar Heights. This is a private guest suite with its own private entrance and a private outdoor patio area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with electric range, microwave, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker and wines for purchase. Only a 20 min drive to Miami International Airport, Downtown & Brickell, Wynwood and 25 mins from South Beach.

Beautiful lake view GUEST SUITE. It includes a private bedroom with private bathroom & entrance. The room sleeps up to 4 guests in a bunk bed consisting of 2 twin beds and a full size bed on the lower level. Room has a TV, mini-fridge, & access to an outdoor area to enjoy the great lake view. There is an additional $20 per person per night fee for more than 2 guests. Note: there is no kitchen access therefore no cooking on premises. Miami Beach = 26 miles Miami Airport = 19 miles
