The Hawks Nest has been lovingly restored to its original glory while having all the modern-day amenities woven through its clean 380 sq. ft. space. Retreat to the spacious covered porch to relax and view the acre-and-half property leading down to 100ft of 6Mile Lake frontage. Star gaze while relaxing in the comfortable, Amish-built gilding chairs around the spacious, paver fire pit area .

Walk out of your private entrance to beautiful views of Lake Two. Your suite includes a bedroom with king bed, living room with gas fireplace, and bath with shower. Only a few miles from downtown Gaylord but feels like you're in the middle of nowhere. Enjoy the gardens, and view of the lake. Mini frig, microwave, and keurig coffee maker with coffee included. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The home is surrounded by trees in the the Charlevoix Country Club community. It is just 3 miles from downtown Charlevoix. There are 3 beaches within 3 miles of the home. Nubs Knob and the Boyne resorts are within 30 minutes. The home was recently remodeled and is fully equipped. The home does have well water. The small faucet at the kitchen sink provides pure RO water for drinking and cooking.
