Provided, at no charge to guests, is a single parking permit for Mevagissey Harbour car park located a level walk of less than 2 minutes from your apartment. One of the most prominent and historic listed buildings in Mevagissey, Quayside has had a fascinating and diverse past. Over the course of its more than two centuries nestled between the centre of the village and the harbour it has served as a pilchard press, net loft, doctor's surgery and even as the premises of the local undertaker! Following extensive recent renovation it has been transformed into chic, comfortable and spacious apartments that showcase the character of the building. QUAY LOFT has a superking bed topped off with high quality linen guaranteeing a luxurious night's sleep. The apartment possesses full kitchen facilities including Nespresso coffee machine, free WiFi, TVs in living room and bedroom and an Amazon Echo device. The generously proportioned wet room contains rainshower and handheld and heated towel rail, whilst fluffy white towels are provided. Fully centrally heated. Extra storage area on ground floor available for bikes and prams. Board-games and playing-cards are available for the use of our guests. We generally stay in the same building and, when there, are available to assist you or try to answer any questions you may have during your stay. Quay Loft is in Mevagissey, nestled between the historic centre of the village and the bustling harbour. From your luxurious private retreat you're in the middle of the action amongst the maze of narrow cobbled streets, quaint cottages, shops, pubs, and restaurants. You're also just steps away from one of Cornwall's most beautiful working harbours where you can stroll the quay, grab a bite to eat or indulge in a coffee and cake. Getting around is particularly easy out-of-season when smaller crowds and quieter roads make trips a breeze, and journeys to places as pretty as Penzance, Padstow, Perranporth and Polperro are perfectly possible in just a day! Popular destinations like Fowey (30 minutes), Newquay (45 minutes), Falmouth (50 minutes) and Truro (35 minutes) are always worth a visit, whilst St Austell (15 minutes) has a wide selection of supermarkets (Asda, Tesco, Aldi, Lidl) as well as the nearest mainline train station. Swallow Cottage is centrally located in a quiet village but not far from many popular attractions. There are two bedrooms, shower room, well equipped kitchen/diner open plan lounge. There is a pub and village store (open until late!) within easy walking distance Sticker is on the edge of the beautiful Roseland Peninsula, and within easy driving distance of Charlestown, Heligan Gardens and the Eden Project. The nearest beach is within a short drive of 10 minutes. We welcome well behaved dogs.

Welcome to our small but perfectly formed Ava Burrow in the beautiful harbour village of Mevagissey With quirky features and comfy bed, just a 5 minute walk from the village, this well-organised space is perfect for a little getaway. Includes own entrance, shower room, bedroom and private garden. Our property is a light open plan kitchen/sitting area with one bedroom, shower and toilet upstairs. The bedroom has restricted height to one side as seen in the photos. Outside is a cobbled area, by the side of a quiet lane, with a bench to catch the morning sun. We are fortunate to have secure off road parking for a guest’s car in our gated drive. Mevagissey is a charming fishing village with its picturesque working harbour, narrow streets, restaurants, pubs and shops, 4 minutes easy walk away

The Studio is a beautifully furnished, light and airy space in the grounds of our home. With far reaching stunning views of the countryside. It is approximately 2 miles from St Austell and convenient for beaches, Eden project, Heligan Gardens, Charlestown and lovely country walks. Due to Covid 19 I have put in an extra precautionary cleaning regime for your safety including the use of UV Disinfectant lamp which will be used between each guests visit.
