We are within walking distance to all of the must see destinations, steps from fine dining, art galleries, bars and shops. *The house is located next to a commercial square, which has a restaurant on the terrace, people in the restaurant can look to the patio of the house, which limits the privacy a little. In addition, they sometimes have special events with music that is heard in the courtyard of the house.

Casa Adobe is a beautiful ocean view adobe built home, with lots of open space, outside living, great amenities and a solar heated pool. This large walled and gated three-bedroom home features the master bedroom and a large outside terrace. The downstairs area has two bedrooms plus a TV room that can serve as a fourth bedroom. A large open area encompasses the living room, fully equipped kitchen and a dining room that leads to a large, covered terrace and down below a yard and the pool.
