Come visit “Valley Vue”, w a view of Ithaca! Stunning & artistic, built in 1937 on 2 acres, vintage eclectic interiors. Living room features vintage furniture, rare paintings, vinyls, & a crystal collection. Beds are comfy, perfect for groups up to 8, & we allow dogs. We are 7-10 minutes to Ithaca, 15 min to IC, & ~20 min to Cornell. You’ll love the view of the valley, and our yard was built for entertaining. There are 2 fire pits, 2 screened-in porches, & a hand-built lean-to/gazebo in woods.

Catkin Hollow Homestead

Catkin Hollow is a friendly homestead with goats, chickens, dogs, and the occasional pig and sheep family. Views across the hollow are fantastic for sunrises. Star gazing couldn’t be more awe-inspiring. Come along and do morning farm chores with us, if you want. Or sleep in and visit the livestock with a treat later. Every booking receives goat milk soap and fresh eggs made from the homestead. Can’t get more local than that! Plus, a few regional items to make breakfast and your stay perfect.

Many gorges, waterfalls and great hiking opportunities to enjoy in the region.

This lovingly restored 1800s home is centered within a beautiful garden and is heated by fire. The gardens change seasonally with an array of beautiful flowers and vegetables which find their way to our urban farm stand. Blue Dragon Tiny House In the Forest

I AM SORRY, BUT WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY MORE RESERVATION REQUESTS FOR 2025. PLEASE COME SEE US NEXT SUMMER. At 120 square feet plus a front porch and deck, Blue Dragon is the "grandpa" of our three tiny houses. It is the best choice for groups or families. While offering excellent privacy, it is just down the hill to the community kitchen and full bathroom with hot shower and flush toilet (you are welcome to use the private outhouse, as well.) Upscale Rustic Garden House Seasonal Cabin

Our rustic upscale Garden House is located at beautiful Scottland Yard farm! It is the closest family rental unit to the pool and common areas, making it a big summertime hit for families with children and various adult friends getaways! If your looking for a more secluded and tranquil getaway we advise renting the Queens Quartets or Hobbit House. Our family and friends Bbq and swim from 2-8 PM on Sunday Funday. If you are arriving during this time you are welcome to join us!

The cabin sits 4 miles east of Ithaca downtown and Cornell, surrounded by hiking trails, 45 minutes to Seneca wineries and an hour from Skaneateles or Syracuse. This is a great base camp for all your central New York adventures. Go for a hike to a waterfall, soak in the claw foot tub, let the dogs run in the yard, and make a delicious meal in the kitchen. Scottland Yard Farm proudly offers 'The Queen's Quarter's'. This (dog friendly) sweet little attached home will easily accommodate 5 people. It has a bedroom with a queen bed as well as a loft with a full size bed and twin floor mattress. There is a lovely full size marble bathroom and well equipped kitchen. The open living room kitchen area has a cozy propane operated fireplace.

Located on the hillside, Cabins 7 is among our newest cabins. This large 2-story retreats with cathedral ceiling boasts 550 of living space! Nestle up on the couch or hang out outside around the fire pit after a day in the water on our private beach with 400' of frontage and docks for fishing, swimming, and boating. Sleeps 6!
