Full basement apartment of a brand new home which was recently featured in Toronto Life Magazine. Fully loaded with brand new appliances, including a dishwasher and laundry. Beautiful one bedroom basement apartment with separate entrance, and private bath. Centrally located and in close proximity to the lake, parks, shopping and Toronto. Located 5 minute drive or short bus ride away from “long branch go station” where you can take a train into the heart of Toronto at “union station” in 20 minutes. There is no full kitchen, but there is a mini-fridge, microwave and kettle.
