The property is on the quiet side of the island in an area called the Ferry with endless stretches of clear, quiet waters. This area boasts some of the most incredible sand bars and beaches in the Bahamas. Take your entire party in our kayaks to explore the and bars and wildlife as you'll be a 15- minute kayak ride away from Moriah Cay/Harbour and the Lazy River Sand Flats. Even on windy days, the waters of the Ferry Harbour remain calm. Bring a picnic and park the kayaks on a sand bar to enjoy endless stretches of sandbars that emerge at low tide. Nearby Beaches: There are many amazing beaches nearby to the home such as Forbes Hill Beach, Tropic of Cancer Beach, and Pretty Molly Bay. All of these beaches are within 5 to 10 minutes of the home. This new construction waterfront cottage has a 100ft Blue Hole in the backyard and overlooks a world class bonefish flat where you can watch them tail from the balcony. Built up on stilts, enjoy the countless shades of Exuma blues from every room and keep an eye out for the turtles in the lagoon! With 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom, you can comfortably sleep 4 people utilizing the pullout couch in the living room. Launch the kayak or paddleboard right from the backyard and enjoy the Exuma waters.

Beautiful beach house with spectacular ocean view

Our home on Exuma, Once Upon a Tide, is located on Hooper's Bay, a quiet and spectacularly beautiful beach. It sits on a hill overlooking the beach and palm trees with a walkway leading to the beach. Our beach home has a fully outfitted kitchen, sunroom, living/dining area with a full size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom. Relax on the beach, float in the water, swim with the turtles, play badminton or volleyball, or kayak at our home.
