The Cedar Leaf Cottage is a curated space to reset, reflect, and unwind. A place to spend your days strolling the beach, fishing along the pier, sipping craft beer, or enjoying a meal at one of the many great local restaurants. Located just blocks off the water, our 1920s era cottage is nestled within the historic Lakeside neighborhood of Muskegon. Restaurants, bars, a distillery, shopping, and ice cream are a short walk from the cottage. Best of all, the beach is just a five minute drive away.

Come experience Pure Michigan in our newly renovated 2 bedroom cabin located on the edge of the Manistee National Forest, close to the White River. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay or come to enjoy a more adult-centered experience. We are conveniently located within close proximity to Michigan’s Adventure, Canoe and Kayak (tubes too!) This family built home will recharge you. Tall windows give a front row seat to the wildlife that approaches this home that is tucked into the Manistee National Forest. Lounge in the bay window and overlook the blooming meadow that leads to the pond in the summer. Curl up with a cup of tea and feel the warmth of the stone walls during a winter snow fall. Listen to the sounds of the night on the enchanted screened in porch. Breath the fall air while walking the trail prepared in the woods.

Grandma's lake house

You found it! The place to forget about work and enjoy time with your family while viewing the sparkling lake. Start your day with a fresh cup of coffee from the coffee bar. The shallow water and 100 ft of private sandy beach are perfect for kids and adults. Add some fun with volleyball, teather ball, corn hole or horse shoes. In the evenings after viewing a sunset sit around the firepit on the beach. If you perfer inside activities, we have that too. foosball, games, tv, etc.

Please enjoy a relaxing stay in our intricately designed home complete with all you need for longer trips! Just 10-15 minutes from popular destinations like PJ Hoffmaster, Grand Haven, & Michigan's Adventures and only 5 minutes from the Lakes Mall, US-31, & major stores like Best Buy, Target, etc. It's still a bit of a work in progress but our goal is to provide an immersive artistic experience that you'll love and want to return to - with each stay being better than the last :)

Just 20 minutes from downtown Muskegon and Lake Michigan beaches, it’s a year-round escape full of charm and lakefront fun. Come to ride the snowmobile trails, or do some ice fishing.

Eden - Between the Lakes

Eden is a charming two bedroom brick home located in Twin Lake, Michigan. It is ideally situated for the lovers of the outdoors or the seekers of adventure and entertainment. All lakes in Twin Lake are residential but public access is available close by. See my guidebook for lakes access (this is not water front). For anglers, boaters, and beach lovers, hunters, color tourists, trail runners, seekers of and adventure, culture, arts and entertainment, this place is a gem.

Everything you need to relax & recharge in one cozy space. Private entrance. This suite is an open floor plan with a small kitchenette that includes a fridge, microwave and stove with basic kitchen utensils and dishes. It is located in town close to stores, restaurants. Nice patio out back with covered area to grill out. Walking distance to the North Country Trail and 10 min from the new Dragon trail. There is one queen bed and a couch. It will comfortably sleep two guest.

Forest Avenue Bungalow

Our charming bungalow is located walking distance from downtown Muskegon and Muskegon Lake. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood setting while being close to all of the action that downtown has to offer. Breweries, restaurants, shopping, and the farmers market all await. If downtown isn’t your scene, the bungalow is a quick drive to Pere Marquette beach on the shores of Lake Michigan. Large, uncrowded stretches of sandy beach are the perfect place for a relaxing day in the sun.

Welcome to The Riverbend Retreat! A Paddler & Angler's paradise! Escape to 6 private acres on a scenic stretch of the Pere Marquette River. Enjoy close proximity to canoe rentals, fishing outfitters, hiking & great food! Explore the trails and waters of Huron-Manistee National Forest or sit and watch the sun glisten off of the water from the riverside fire pit. North Country Trailhead just 5 min west!
