We have security cameras which are in use when the home is empty. These are located outside. We do advise that you read the blue folder under the tv, the instrustions for the oven as well as the password for the wifi

This studio apartment is perfect for a couple or two friends, having 2 electric Tempur beds making a large or two single beds, enjoy your morning coffee with head and feet raised, gazing across the harbour.

Very quiet location with a welcome to overseas and New Zealand visitors. Families welcome but parents are asked to remember that although the road has little traffic, the property is not fenced. We have the greatest sea views, plenty of land and pelagic birds to spot with many simple and more challenging walks available, very like New Zealand used to be. Whare manu is a private, self contained boutique cottage that is solar powered. Set back into native bush with views of the sea and beach, which is only a minutes stroll away. Watch the Tui's and Bellbirds feed on the sculpted bird feeder right on the deck. Designed for couples to relax, unwind and enjoy. No children please. Te Whare Poutama - Bluff's Art Deco Gem!

This Art Deco inspired home is a Bluff landmark. Built by the Arnett family in the 1940s, it is named "Poutama" after the Tītī Island where they went muttonbirding. The home has three bedrooms and an open plan lounge, dining-nook and kitchen. North facing, it offers sun-drenched views of Bluff's waterfront, especially from its large sunroom that contains one of two work spaces. A two minute walk to a well-stocked dairy, it is a great base from which to enjoy Bluff or visit Stewart Island.

You are sharing the property with our family, the pet sheep and the local kiwi. We are a 20min walk from the centre of Oban, over a couple of hills. Please consider this before booking. Transfers are available with Aurora cabs, please contact them direct. If walking, backpacks are best and don't forget your rain jacket, it has been known to rain here!
