Mariåna Haven Studio Suite Getaway

This central location atop Navy Hill offers the best beaches, stores & restaurants of Saipan within 5-10 minutes surrounded by serene jungle and an incredible ocean view of Manågaha. Car or Taxi recommended. “The scenery is breath taking! So clean & safe I was able to see the sun set & rise through the sliding doors & the endless sea. It's definitely a 10/10 you won't find a private place like this for the price. I slept at peace. I even booked an extra night just because it was that peaceful.

Located in the southwestern of Saipan, it is adjacent to the landmark Mount Carmel Cathedral on the island and covers an area of 214 square meters and a living room area of 98 square meters. This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. This unit is located in a very secure and quiet neighborhood. It has stunning ocean views and lush vegetation around it. Though it is located in a secluded area, it is only an 8-minute drive to downtown Garapan. This unit also has a fully functioning kitchen with full size refrigerator, a dining nook and a very modern bathroom. The property also comes with a saltwater infinity pool and a private covered patio for viewing amazing sunsets.

GRH3: Loft studio apartment with amazing sea view

Our location is sought after by those who want to be near the tourist area, yet able to enjoy the peace and quiet of a residential village. It is a very safe area with the sea to one side and the mountain to the other. With a full kitchen, free washer in the building, fast wifi, and minutes by car to everywhere from a gas station, coin laundromat, restaurants, and supermarkets, it is hard to find a better place, especially for long term guests.
