Biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view, is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. Tourism tax is € 2,50 per adult/per day to pay in cash. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

Die moderne Wohnung liegt am Stadtrand von Salzburg/Anif. Sie bietet mit 72 m2 genug Platz für 4 Personen. Insgesamt stehen 1 Wohnessbereich mit Küche, 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Bad zur Verfügung. Das Sofa wird schnell zu einem gemütlichen Bett. Highlight ist die Whirlpool-Wanne im Bad, sowie der Pool im Garten. Schwimmbad + Sauna im Haus, Spielplatz auf dem Gelände. 2 Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett, Maximal 4 Personen + Baby. 10 Minuten von St.Wolfgang Zentrum. Auch mit dem Bus erreichbar. Parkplatz auf dem Gelände. Keine Haustiere! Hausordnung ist zu beachten, Rauchverbot innen. Die Wohnung ist in einer privaten Ferienanlage. ACHTUNG: CHECK IN NUR BIS 18 UHR !! This apartment is an ideal base for excursions by car, motorcycle, bicycle, mountain bike - close to Linz (20 min. by car). Fast WLAN, parking, private access, open fireplace outside and cozy pellet stove inside, the existing swimming pond can be shared.
