Cozy and Clean Apartment

This is a simple furnished basement apartment with a private entrance. Two rooms: a fully equipped kitchenette, laundry, shower AND a bedroom with a high quality queen bed, antique table &chairs, and cute little couch. We live in the house above. Our house is one of those sweet old houses (1906) in South Minneapolis. We are within walking distance of Lake Harriet and Bde Maka Ska (formerly Lake Calhoun), and many great restaurants and coffee shops. This is a cozy place to stay in the winter!

Close to Uptown, easy access to downtown, parks, lakes, restaurants, shops, & bars. This is a private studio with a separate entrance and a small kitchenette in an ideal Minneapolis neighborhood. We live upstairs with our two little kids, so there will be times where you'll hear activity, but it's not constant. We're mindful of our volume, and are confident you'll enjoy your stay! Bikes are included upon request! We also have electric bikes available at $40/day. ~30 mile charge, 20 MPH.

Your dog must be kept in crate when you go out. Message Kelly for pre-approval of your pet. This is our only AirBnB. Kelly lives 2 miles away and maintains it herself.
