This loft is 2 miles from Kentucky Lake and Moors Resort with marina, boat ramp, restaurant and bar. Room to park your boat with water hose to keep her clean and 50amp RV outlet. This house is located within 5 minutes of Lake Barkley and accessible from I-69 or I-24 both being only 5 minutes from the house. The house features nice bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and dining area. There is a concrete patio outback with a fenced yard. Venture River water park is only minutes away. We welcome travelers, fishermen, and hunters to stop by our house in a very quiet neighborhood situated only minutes from boating, fishing, hunting and swimming areas.

Seclusion with the Lake a step away....

It is one bedroom apartment in the basement of our home, with no cleaning fee because we want you to treat it as you would your home. There is a separate entrance and access to 26 acres of hills and trees. We have two horses on the property and feed from anywhere 3 to 15 deer each evening. We are 4.2 miles from I-24 and 7 miles from Kentucky lake, Patti's, Turtle Bay and the marina. Full kitchen available and beautiful sunsets. It is beautiful, words cannot do it justice.

3 miles from I-24! Nice, clean, pet friendly, place to stay that is 10 minutes from Patti's 1880's Settlement, several marinas including Green Turtle Bay & Lighthouse Landing as well as both Kentucky Dam & Barkley Dam, and 25 minutes from Paducah KY. Land Between the Lakes is a short 15 minute drive. Fisherman, boaters, and hunters are welcome, plenty of parking and space to turn around to accommodate boat trailers. Conveniently located 3 miles from I-24 Exit 31.
