It is eight minutes to drive to start of the alpine lift, and twenty minutes if you want to drive up the mountain. And if you want to ski up, the trails go over the fields all the way to the ski lift, provided there is enough snow. Or you can make your way along the old farm road through the forest. Her er det god tumleplass for 2 familier som kan ha hvert sitt hus, men likevel bo sammen. Det er også full anledning å leie huset for 4-5 vennepar. I spisestua er det et hyggelig møtested ved det store langbordet. Det eldste huset kan også leies separat.
