IDYLLISCHES FERIENHAUS FÜR NATURLIEBHABER 10km von SLAVONICE entfernt, in einem malerischen Ort, befindet sich das Bauernhaus aus dem Jahr 1922 mit 6000m2 großem Garten mit einem Schwimmteich - einen Familien-Paradies. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig, die Unterkunft geräumig (ca 200m2 auf 2 Ebenen). Das Haus bietet problemlos Platz für 2 Familien mit einer Kapazität von 8 Personen. Der wunderschöne Garten ist ein idealer Ort zum Entspannen. Große Rasenflächen ermöglichen Groß und Klein das Ballspielen.

Ferienwohnung Beerengarten

Diese Ferienwohnung wurde im Juni 2017 fertiggestellt. Sie liegt im rechten Trakt unseres Hofes und ist durch die Toreinfahrt direkt begehbar. Wie aus den Fotos zu sehen, ist sie mit wunderschön restaurierten antiken Bauermöbel eingerichtet, Vor unserem Hof gibt es einen hübschen Garten unter einer großen Kastanie, wo für euch jederzeit ein netter Gartensitzplatz aufgestellt werden kann. Als ganz besonderes Angebot gibt es bei uns auch die Möglichkeit hier mit deinem Pferd Urlaub zu machen!

Můžete se romanticky projet po rybníku na loďce, nebo si zahrát pingpong :-) Kdo si chce užít přírodu na maximum, může se koupat přímo v rybníku s písečným vstupem. Večer doporučujeme romanticky pozorovat při grilování na rybníku radky, kachny, labutě a možná i ledňáčky... .-)

Lovely Tiny House surrounded by greenery - an oasis of peace! The extensively equipped accommodation is an ideal base camp for "expeditions" into the Mühlviertel and Linz region. This apartment is an ideal base for excursions by car, motorcycle, bicycle, mountain bike - close to Linz (20 min. by car). Fast WLAN, parking, private access, open fireplace outside and cozy pellet stove inside, the existing swimming pond can be shared.

The newly built house is located in a quiet location 20km outside of Linz. The best and easiest way to reach it is via the motorway A7 exit Engerwitzdorf or by train from the station Lungitz. You have the whole first floor to yourself: The bedroom is lockable. You have your own bathroom with a bathtub and your own living room with a desk and TV. You can also use the pool. Final cleaning for free.
