Diese liebevoll renovierte, 68m2 große Altbauwohnung bietet Platz für max. 4 Personen. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer kann zu einem bequemen Doppelbett umgebaut werden. Vor dem Haus gibt es Parkplätze und Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Wohnung befindet sich in perfekter Lage um das Lechtal zu erkunden oder die Königsschlösser zu besichtigen. Sportler kommen im Sommer wie im Winter voll auf ihre Kosten. Es ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Sportklettern, Langlaufen, Skifahren und Skitouren.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Our house is situated in a quiet location, only 10 minutes walk from the village center, where you can get tasty rolls for your breakfast at the bakery. In the immediate vicinity are: bus stop, hiking and biking trails, LL cross-country ski trail, ice stadium, the Alpcura Reha-Fachklinik and the hospital St. Vinzenz. Bicycle and ski garage is available. The Fwhg. are both non-smoking apartments and have been furnished allergy-friendly. Pets are therefore not allowed.

In diesem Haus bieten wir auch andere Zimmer und Wohnungen an, insgesamt können wir 17 Gäste beherbergen. In unmittelbarer Nähe zur Unterkunft befindet sich die Highline 179, die Alpentherme und das Schi- und Wandergebiet Hahnenkamm. Zu den Königsschlössern von Ludwig IV fährt man ca. 20 Minuten. At the edge of the medieval old town, immediately at the historical city wall, our 4-room-apartment is located on the third floor of a luxurios old town art nouveau villa, which is under monumental protection. The villa was completely renovated in 2015. The villa is in the heart of Füssen, just a stone´s throw from the old town and Füssen´s main station. The bus station to Schloss Neuschwanstein is only meters away.
