Gypsy Farmhouse

The Gypsy Farmhouse is a 1952 Sears Kit House and the original farmhouse on the Junk Gypsy property. It features plush beds, custom Signature Hardware bath tubs, a gourmet kitchen and a large seating area with a rock fire place. There is a king bedroom downstairs with a custom crown headboard, tufted sofa & a full bath with a oversized copper bathtub. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds in each room and a shared full size bath. Additionally, there is. 1/2 bath downstairs.

The world famous Festival Hill Institute is also located in Round Top with concerts almost year round.The Winedale Historical Center gives you a glimpse into the life and times of the early Texas settlers and it is only a mile down Winedale Road from the Kardinal Kabin, a refurbished farmhouse.

Historic Holle House was built in 1910 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This unit is upstairs and has a very large covered balcony with tables, chairs and your own porch swing. It is completely stocked and nicely furnished, including comfy leather Lazyboy recliners. One bedroom has two twin beds, another has a double bed and there is a daybed in the living room. This place has all the comforts of home and sits on a beautiful half acre lot, near downtown.
