Cosy Rooms, one, en-suite and the other is is located on a shared landing. Located a 5 min walk to beach and another few minutes further to Hill walk over the Fishing Harbour. Excellent Pubs and Restaurants within walking distance and plenty of music entertainment in particular through Spring, Summer and Autumn months

Our East Wing (Kilcannon House)

This is a beautiful spacious en-suite king size ( or twin) bedroom. Dungarvan is only 10 minutes from the newly opened Waterford Greenway. Relax with a cup of tea and a slice of Gertie's cake upon arrival. The bathroom overlooks our farmyard, the room, lit with three large windows, overlooks our garden . A paddock where you can see our free range hens roam. You will dine in style with Gertie's gorgeous 3 course breakfast. Our bed and breakfast rate is €130.

This unique modern two-storey property is located in an area of outstanding beauty in a peaceful area with nature in abundance. Your room overlooks the Knockmealdown mountains from two separate aspects. You will have your own private bathroom which is directly beside the bedroom.
