Ons huisje staat in één van de mooiste Waterlandse dorpen, Broek in Waterland. Het bevindt zich in een prachtige omgeving, op 8 km van Amsterdam. Op 3 minuten lopen afstand vind je de bushalte, waardoor je binnen 12 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal staat. Het gastenverblijf zelf biedt alles wat je tijdens een vakantie nodig hebt. In ons gastenverblijf is het dus heerlijk 'thuiskomen' na bijvoorbeeld een drukke dag in de stad, of bijvoorbeeld een fietstocht langs alle leuke dorpjes hier in de buurt.

Een privé tuin staat tot u beschikking met uitzicht over de weilanden, de Broekervaart en aan de skyline ziet u Amsterdam. 2 fietsen staan gratis tot uw beschikking. Een gezellige en sfeervolle vakantiewoning op ons boerenerf. De woning is gebouwd in een voormalige schuur op een rustige plek, langs de dijk. Op het ruime erf is voldoende plek om buiten te zitten en van de rust, ruimte en natuur te genieten. De woning beschikt over een slaapkamer op de begane grond en een slaapkamer op de eerste verdieping. Met uitzicht op de dijk en daarachter de Gouwzee. Waar zomers in gezwommen kan worden. Medebewoners van de boerderij zijn onze kippen en schapen.

Our home is a completely renovated dike house from 1889, and your room has beautiful views of the Gouwzee and in the evening, you can see the lights of Monnickendam. After a good night's rest, you will enjoy your own wonderful waterfront terrace. Your apartment has its own entrance and is on the second floor of our beautiful house. Be aware that there is NO kitchen.

In het oude centrum van karakteristiek en unique Broek in Waterland in een in 2017 opnieuw gebouwde schuur achter de boerderij. Geheel eigen woning met toegang (zelf in-check). Split-level met privé tuin. Beneden (24 m2) is de woonkamer met bank, mini keuken, eethoek en aparte badkamer en wc. Op de vide is de slaapkamer met 2-persoons bed, genoeg kastruimte, hang en leg. Wifi aanwezig. Er zijn twee fietsen (Veloretti) te huur, 10,- per fiets per dag.

De Praktijk

Een heerlijk luxe accommodatie van alle gemakken voorzien, in het prachtige landelijke dorp Broek in Waterland. Op 20 minuten afstand van Amsterdam Centrum. Het is vijf minuten lopen naar de bus die rechtstreeks naar Amsterdam Centraal Station rijdt. Het is geheel privé met rondom terras en een mooie tuin voorzien van drie plekken om te zitten. Rondom omheind en afsluitbaar met een mooie poort. Het huis is niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen.

Ilpendam is a picturesque village 10 minutes' drive from Amsterdam. In the morning, you see the sun rise on the horizon, in the evening you dine on the jetty by the water while grebes and coots swim by. From this oasis of calm, you can explore the beautiful Waterland region or visit the bustling city. Every 5 minutes a bus goes to Amsterdam and within 15 minutes you are in the city centre.

Op De Noord – Landelijk Amsterdam

Gelegen aan het centrale dorpsplein van het prachtige dorpje Ilpendam, staat ons grote huis met een modern en luxe ingerichte studio op de begane grond. Ilpendam is een pittoresk dorpje vlakbij Amsterdam, in 10 minuten ben je met de bus op Amsterdam Centraal Station. Je hebt uitzicht op de tuin en het aangrenzende park met vlindertuin en speeltuintje. Parkeren kan gratis voor de deur.
