Built with only non-toxic and all natural materials with a state of the art fresh-air system. Two heating systems for the winter. A stone's throw are Stonehill Barn and Inness. 15 min drive to the incomparable Minnewaska State Park.

The house is surrounded by green and nature, but close to cute towns for shopping and dining and of course all the area has to offer with hikes and outdoor activities. Or stay in and lounge on the deck, listen to some records, watch a movie, and relax. It's everything you need for a dream vacation.

Blue Haven in the Catskills

We built a studio-house on the foundation of an old summer cottage. We did not expand the footprint, but furnished it with select pieces and appliances and gave it contemporary finishes. We also added a screened porch, open deck and stone patio. The woodland and mountain views are lovely, while the location is convenient to Lake Minnewaska State Park and the Mohonk Preserve. Ulster County levies a 4% tax on overnight stays. Payment is made anytime between confirmation and arrival.

Shawangunk House

The house was built in 2018. It is very modern and open. It is located 8 minutes from Minnewaska State Park, 10 minutes from the Mohonk Preserve, and 30 minutes from the Catskills. There is a Smart TV. There is also a record player with a large record selection. There is strong WIFI and great cell phone coverage from all carriers. We have an EV level 2 charger. There is an additional charge to use the charger. Please contact us if you want to add charging to your stay.

Welcome to your Farmhouse Fantasy! Come enjoy a weekend in the country, just two hours from NYC. Built in 1900, the home was recently gut renovated and features two spacious bedrooms, full bathroom, open plan dining room and living space, a three-season sun room, back deck, and a modern and well appointed kitchen. Located just minutes from Minnewaska State Park and all the beauty and fun the Shawangunks have to offer!
