Bring along your smores and enjoy roasting them over a beautiful wood fire and count the stars as you relax in a soothing spa. Need more space, bring an RV with full hook up available for an extra $50 a night. We hope you have a peaceful and enjoyable stay in God’s creation. Tree Street Brick House

This comfortable home is close to everything and yet a peaceful place to stay. We are experienced Airbnb hosts who enjoy making a place for happy guests. Master bedroom has a king size bed, & walk-in closet. Full kitchen has stainless dishwasher, oven range, fridge along with all dishes, pots, pans, glassware and utensils, Coffeemaker blender and toaster. A charming home in the country just off Rt 66 between Conway & Niangua & located down a private lane where you can sit on the porch & enjoy your peaceful surroundings. The huge sycamore tree in the front yard provides shade & a cool breeze. A fire pit is available. Each room of this 3 BR/1 bath home is fully furnished. The newly updated kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. There’s a gas grill for cookouts. So pack your bags & head to the country for a peaceful retreat!

Visit with the goats, soak in the hot tub, walk down by the creek, sip your coffee on the gazebo by the pond or the deck, stream a movie on WIFI, get some work done in a calm environment, do it all, or just get a good night's sleep! Our 45 acre farm is only 3 miles from Fordland and 25 miles from Springfield, MO. There are many hiking trails, creeks, rivers and lakes in the area.

Busy Bee's Electrified Landing Campsite (20AMP)

Try our truly one-of-a-kind place nestled softly up under a group of 50+-year-old cedar trees. It has a Commercial Park grill, a 3' Outdoor-Themed metal fire ring, a Picnic Table, and electricity. This comes with 20 amps total( 4 waterproof electric outlets and lights if needed remember 20 amps total :) for an inperson add-on price of $10 more 30 amp electricity is also available at this site. This camp is connected to the green cedar trail system that takes you all around the property.

Panther Creek Guesthouse

Small farmhouse, private fenced and gated yard, on a tiny farm on a gravel road. Host next door has dwarf goats, chickens, ducks, guineas (1 pair regularly visits/patrols the guesthouse yard), a goose, and a couple of dogs. Horses live across the road and around the curve and up the hill. Eggs and some other basic food items included! Less than 5 miles off Hwy 60 north of Fordland Café, Mexican, Dollar General, gas in Fordland Springfield 24 Branson 55 7.5 miles from I-44 @ Northview

RV There Yet 20 or 30 amp RV outlet, 50 extra

A Nice quiet spot at the front of our berry farm and next to the start of our honeyberry fields. It is a 30 AMP Electric Hookup and comes with a metal fire ring. Check-in is at 1:00 pm or after and check-out is at 12:00 noon. Can Call on short notice or as late as midnight. No Black Sewer Dumping. Gray water dumping for only $10.00 extra. Enjoy nature at our Berry Farm from walking thru our fields and woods to throwing axes and pitching horseshoes the days will fly by.

Washington Inn and Garden

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. It's your own private suite complete with a large bedroom, private dining area with a full kitchen, and private attached bathroom. Private parking and your own private deck. The suite is on the side of the house with it's own private entrance. The path is clearly marked by signs. During the spring the garden will be full and alive. The fire pit is available year round. Sit in the gazebo and enjoy the sunset. 🌺

If you want a safe and peaceful getaway, Consider Camping on our Private 40 Acre Farm. Rustling Ridge is a Medium Campsite Carved out of a grove of 25 year old cedar trees. Can Accommodate 6 people (2-3 tents) Paths all leading in different directions off of the fire pit. It has a 3' fire ring with 4 built in concrete seats and a concrete table. Check in time is at 1:00 and check out time is at 12:00 noon.
