Yachtman’s is within the Dutch fort ,at the end of a narrow street overlooking the Indian Ocean, unspoilt by the times. it's built with the idea of blending inside-out, with minimal internal walls , open spaces overlooking the ocean. If you are after the authenticity of a typical beach community, this is one place you must consider.Unspoilt by the mass tourism, you are 10-15 minutes ride from the busy beaches of Mirissa but once you get inside the Fort, it is a true Sri Lankan feel and vibe.

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

The bungalow is air conditioned and consist of a double bedroom, a very spacious bathroom , walk in wardrobe , a kitchenette and has two verandas leading to a private garden. It is also air conditioned .D Canal House is an ideal place to switch off from the outside world and re connect with nature through the sound of flowing water coming from the stream and ponds of the tropical gardens.
