Situated 2 miles from the pretty, historic town of Emsworth, it's a short walk to the seafront and the beautiful Chichester harbour, known for its unspoilt coastal landscape and a haven for local wildlife. The area is perfect for walking, boating, cycling and sightseeing. Chichester, Portsmouth, and Goodwood are nearby as well as the award winning beaches of West Witterings.

Just a few mins walk to South Downs, 15 mins walk to local village with pub, eateries & shops, 30 mins walk to beach. The beauty of this location is that you feel away from the hustle and bustle of every day life yet you are still close to many lovely towns and villages such as Ferring, Worthing, Arundel, Chichester, Brighton with very good public transport links.

We are a 15 minute drive or a short bus ride into Brighton town centre with the added bonus of a beautiful and quiet location to return home to. Directly on the East Sussex coastal path with the nearest beach access only 5 minutes walk, also a short stroll into the beautiful South Downs National Park.

Quaint 1 Bed Cottage Near South Downs Pets Welcome

My place is close to the high street of Steyning which is a quaint and historical town located on the edge of the south downs national park. It has an array of interesting independant shops catering for all tastes , it is on a direct bus link to Brighton and the south coast as well as walking distance to the south downs . The cottage is good for couples, solo adventurers, business people and furry friends ( pets ) . It is small but perfectly formed but beware of the low ceilings and doorways.

This unique community is home to around 55 houseboats of all shapes and sizes and is completely unique to the UK. Guests will have exclusive use of our traditional narrowboat, Rhubarb and Custard. This will be a totally unique experience, at one with nature and the perfect place to holiday with the family! You will be able to relax, swim, or cycle...

The Beach House

The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

Flint Cottage – 3 mins to beach

🌊 Flint Cottage is just 3 minutes from the award-winning beach. 🛏 Two bedrooms: the master has a double bed, ensuite shower and desk; the second has a bunk bed with double below, single above, plus a desk. 🌙 Both bedrooms and the lounge have blackout curtains, helping everyone get a restful night’s sleep. 🛋️ The lounge has two sofas (one a sofa bed), a 48″ OLED TV with Google TV, PlayStation and games. 🌸 A private courtyard is filled with plants and features a handmade mosaic table.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Comfortable lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and shower room. Converted loft with kingsized mattress accessed by electric staircase, fully sprung kingsized sofa bed in lounge area. The deck includes BBQ, sunken seating area, fire pit, pontoon, and slipway for launching small boats, canoes, paddle boards and paddling. Its a great spot to watch visiting birds in Autumn/Winter. This is a pet free property and creek is tidal.
