Guests enjoy their own private gated haven with the most incredible view of the wild field that adjoins our property. The outdoor area offers cooking amenities and an al fresco dining space. Set in a meadow with lovely views of the Downs, you can enjoy the English countryside all year round. The location has it all: in a rural setting but 5 minutes from a mainline station (London 1 hour), and a 20 minute drive from Brighton. Please note this is not a village location though pubs are about a 5 minute drive ( walkable with good footwear and a map ! ) A car or bicycles are favourable although we have accommodated hikers overnight.
