On the edge of our family homestead overlooking meadow & forest, this tiny house offers a quiet, cozy refuge only 40 minutes from Acadia National Park. There's a twin day bed on the ground floor & a double futon in the loft. Tiny kitchen & bathroom with shower (2 temps: hot or cold) too. A heat pump keeps the place toasty warm or nice and cool. Our family's gazebo, grill, fire pit, hammock, trails & garden are shared with guests. A beautiful beach across the bay from Acadia is down the road.

Compost toilet in full bathroom is private. Shower propane heated, in antique claw-foot tub. Resident may occasionally enter outhouse shed. Wifi & cell phone signal are fairly consistent. Bring flashlights. Bring food for first night. People with mobility issues may find this property challenging.
