The Roost at Hayden Lake

Escape to Hayden Lake. Our waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. Availability opens exactly three months before the date, so please check back if you're looking to book more than three months out.

We offer a spacious lower floor suite in a bright home located high on a hill with expansive views of the Coeur d'Alene valley and Lake Coeur d'Alene. Our home is 5 minutes from the CDA lake and CDA Resort Golf Course and 10 minutes from downtown. Sunrises and sunsets are daily visual treats. The neighborhood is spread out, quiet and traffic is sparse. Hosts live on the upper floor and are available to offer assistance, friendly interaction or full privacy as guests desire.

Come stay in the stunning Silver Valley. This studio apartment is located at The Ridge, a condo across the street from the gondola. It is quiet and has a full kitchen, but it's close to all the action. Play in the snow, splash at the waterpark, enjoy a float down the river, mtn. biking or a cozy night in. Separated private entrance & patio w self check-in & parking on far side of my home on nearly an acre. Only 1 shared wall is with my Boat garage. Close to Honeysuckle Beach & downtown.

Our modern little ranch is located on 8 close in acres on a scenic well-maintained road where it is common to see elk, deer, turkey and even moose! It is an ideal location for a serene getaway or business travel but not suitable for parties. Very easy access to lake Coeur d'Alene and downtown area.
